Refund policy

 

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return, or to exchange the same item.

We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and for hygienic reasons, all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. We do not refund delivery charges as this is a service that is already used.

Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our Pop-Ups. Items bought in stores can not be exchanged or returned online.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

    HOW TO RETURN:

    1. Please send your return items to the return address below within 30 days of your purchase date
    2. Pack your garment in its original packaging with a note stating your order number and name (If there is no name or order number we are not able to link this to an order)
    3. Send us an email with your name, order number items you'd like to return
    4. A refund will be processed after checking all items are in the same condition as it was delivered.
    5. If your purchase was made with a debit card or EFT please email your bank details to info@taeveafrica.co.za

     

    and remember to get a waybill as proof of postage.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item

    PLEASE TRY ITEMS ON WITH CARE

    If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means:

    • clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
    • unworn
    • unwashed

    Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

    REFUNDS

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

    • Original shipping costs and any import duties paid are non-refundable.
